Convenient location near train stations. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and washing machine unexpected extras. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay with good amenities.

It really gives you a feeling of the true ryokan experience. From the outside, the hotel is nothinh special, but the rooms, are really cosy. On top of that, the personel is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the city. The location was also ideal - close to transportation to visit all attractions during daytime, and, walking distance to the most lively part of the city during nightime.
Only one detail: we would prefer slippers that not others have used as well. Every visitor should have his own single-use ones, during his stay in the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is not near the hustle and bustle of the city although it is near a JR station. It may not be suitable for tourists who would like to be in the thick of action in Tokyo. May be more suitable for business travelers.

Great location for sightseeing in Tokyo. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and modern appearance. Spacious room and comfortable bathroom. Free and reliable Wi-Fi. Good breakfast options. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Quiet neighborhood for a good night's sleep.
It was all superb.

We liked the cleanliness, especially non-smoking room available and environment, good location, nice breakfast, internet access, very helpful staff... If you hold a jr Pass, just hop into the Nihombashi train station, 2 mins walk, during off-peak hours, which is one stop from the Tokyo Central station, from here you can catch the Narita Express to the Narita Airport with your jr Pass. The hotel is about jpy800- jpy1000 from the Central station for those who has a lot of luggage.

Perfect. Rooms were well-maintained. Staff were courteous, 7 minute walk to Kanda station. Excellent value for money and could not have asked for more.
Eco-Laundry machines provided in the rooms take 9-12 hours to do one cycle according to the instructions. (We did not use them in the end).

Almost well located (Shin Nihombashi Train Station).
Tokyu Stay Nihombashi is indeed located next to Exit 8 of Shin Nihombashi Station, but I could not find escalators to access ground floor (actually, I think this is not a problem related to the hotel, but to Tokyo City itself, so be careful if you are traveling with heavy bags, just like me). It was my last day in Tokyo and I wanted to take a Limousine Bus to reach Narita Airport and, so, I asked the receptionist where was the closest alighting point. Then, according to the receptionist, I needed to take the Rapid Service Train, not the Limousine (even though I was carrying heavy bags). After insisting, he suggested to take a taxi to Tokyo Station (as I told him that I knew there were several Limousine alighting points next to Tokyo Station). He really seemed badly informed. To make things worse, I decided to have a walk in Shin Nihombashi Station. I just came to find out that, fortunately, Shin Nihombashi Station is connected to Mitsukoshimae Subway Station, whose Exit a6 is right beside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, one of the Limousine alighting points. I finally managed to take the Limousine Bus and safely arrived in Narita. I'm sorry for this long report, but I need to stress that Tokyu Stay Nihombashi staff members were not as well-informed as the guest (in this case, me)!! Besides, my pillow was dirty, which shows that the cleaning service is neither far from perfect. Finally, I also need to mention that the laundry service is not available during weekends (what if I get a tomato stain on my shirt in 2012?). Thank you for your attention.

Convenience and good value for central Tokyo. Usual room size for Tokyo. Microwave and washing machine provided in apartment even though I did not need them this time.
The Japanese breakfast could have been better, but the rolls, croissants etc. were excellent.

Found this new hotel clean and comfortable, with a helpful and professional staff. the room had all amenities and eco-friendly recycled slippers. Good lighting and air conditioning too. the coffee maker and free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
Sadly, the hotel's location was not very accessible and difficult to find, especially after dark. No elevator or lift at the station, and limited restaurants in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the hotel's location in the bustling business district. The prices were very reasonable, especially with the special promotions they offered. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-maintained, modern, and came with all the amenities one could need, including a comfortable bed and even a washing machine, which was a convenient addition. Lastly, the breakfast provided a variety of options with a reasonable spread for Japan. It was a great way to start the day.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located near several train stations, making it easy to navigate around the city. I also appreciated the convenience stores and small grocery nearby.
Breakfast was lacking in variety and not worth the added expense. the location was not ideal for those with heavy luggage as it was a bit of a walk from the nearest JR station.

We loved how convenient the location was, with easy access to the subway station and several other public transportation options. Cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive, including a washing machine and microwave in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing to fault.
